We want you to love your White Fox items, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your order for a store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Download Shipping Label
Select your preferred return shipping method and download the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and secure the return shipping label to the outside of the parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your store credit will be issued once the return is processed at our warehouse.
